Since debuting in 2001, and then further refined with the addition of Neutraface No. 2′s more versatile crossbars, the Neutraface family has become something of a workhorse in the design industry. The recent addition of Neutraface Slab to the party gives this suite of “compatible” sans and serif faces some serious firepower. Featuring five display weights, four text weights with italics plus a unique stencil style, these typefaces work very well together or standing on their own. All of the excellent House signatures are here in spades with sophisticated OpenType awesomeness, including small caps and display weights ranging from the super fancy Thin to the beefy Titling weight. As usual, the typeface rolls out the doors in Delaware with a slew of complementing HI products, including the beautifully debossed and printed alphabet blocks (after the jump), some pillows and a solid t-shirt featuring the alphabet set in Titling. This is really a fantastic effort from the folks at House, and I can’t wait to see what comes next.
